SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email and another email notification when your order has shipped. Longer processing times are to be expected for custom orders, framed items, and pre-orders for signing events. AJ Sports is not responsible for delayed shipping due to postal services and couriers.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days depending on the nature of your order. Our team will send you an notification when your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AJ Sports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have not received an order confirmation email by 3 days after placing it, please email support@ajsports.ca and someone will assist you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and the updates are not available online, please contact us at support@ajsports.ca with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
