AJ Sports Policy For Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Authenticity Guarantee:

AJ Sports guarantees all autographed memorabilia to be authentic. For your assurance and protection, we promise a money back guarantee on the purchase price if the authenticity is considered doubtful by a major third party expert such as JSA, PSA or Beckett. Guarantee valid for up to two years, unless the hologram, item, or documentation have been altered

Product Warranty:

AJ Sports offers a 60 day warranty on any product defects. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We endeavor to fix most issues and make it right. For missing or damaged items, please retain all original packaging materials, as these may be required in satisfying any claims with the carrier. Shipping refunds will not exceed the amount charged for the original shipment of the item.

Returns And Refunds: 

If you place an order and decide to cancel before the item is shipped, AJ Sports will refund 95% of the purchase price to account for credit card transaction fees.

If you receive your product in good condition but simply decide to return it, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at support@ajsports.ca. In the case of a return of an unwanted product, the item must be received in the same condition that it originally left our warehouse, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, for us to offer a credit or refund. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Items may be exchanged for full credit. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted for refunds. For returns from customers outside of Canada, any fees to import to Canada are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify and confirm if if the refund was approved based on these conditions.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions And Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Gift Cards.
• Any customized orders.
• Pre-Orders for an upcoming signing event.
• Autographs on items sent in for an upcoming signing event.
• Sealed trading card boxes
• Sealed treasure chests or other mystery boxes.
• Discontinued or clearance items.
  

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
